Our standard processing and delivery time is 4-6 working days.
Most coated products (premium models and exterior moulding) require 8-12 working days for processing and delivery.
Lead time for larger orders or individual orders can vary and can be different than above depending on the order.
Most of our deliveries are handled by DX Secure delivery company which allows us to provide competitive pricing, while keeping high and professional standards of the delivery.
DX courier will be contacting you (via text message on the number provided on your order) one day before delivery to confirm his arrival.
We will also update you via text message and email as soon as the status of your order changes.
Every shipment can be tracked on the DX website by clicking on the buttons above and using the tracking number that is automatically provided by our website.
Please check your spam folder or contact us if you can not find the message with the tracking number
The tracking will not show much information until the goods arrive to the depot near you and are scanned there.
This usually occurs a day before delivery date.
If you are unable to receive the parcel on the day of the delivery then the DX driver will be attempting to deliver the goods again on the next available working day.
Alternatively, we can always book a redelivery for a specific day for you, deliver the parcel to a neighbour or safe place chosen by you.
Our covings are packaged into double wall boxes for safe delivery. Every size and variant has a maximum length that can be inserted into one box. Due to the different dimensions of our products we can fit different lengths of different covings into one box. Our system calculates automatically the delivery cost at checkout. There are no extra or hidden charges after placing an order.
Delivery prices include 20% VAT.
- All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc.
- Please check the condition of all boxes as soon as they are delivered - if the packaging is damaged, please sign off the goods as damaged and notify us as soon as possible.
- If the packaging is in good order, please go ahead and sign for the delivery.
- After signing for your items, please check them as soon as possible. If the items are damaged we have no recourse with the courier unless reported within 24 hours so please check thoroughly once received to avoid any disappointment. In case of any damage, please let us know straight away.
- If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card will be left.
