Processing & Delivery Times
We manufacture and dispatch mouldings to order. Lead times depend on the product type and order size.
Standard Orders

Processing and delivery: 3–6 working days
Plaster-Coated & Exterior Mouldings

Includes premium models and exterior ranges

Processing and delivery: 8–10 working days
Large or Bespoke Orders

Lead times may vary depending on quantity, product mix, or production scheduling

In these cases, delivery times can differ from the standard estimates above
If your order has a non-standard lead time, this will be reflected in the product description or confirmed after purchase.

Courier Delivery – DX Secure
Most orders are delivered using DX Secure, allowing us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining professional handling standards for long, fragile mouldings.
What to expect

DX will contact you by SMS one working day before delivery to confirm arrival

You will also receive email and text updates as your order status changes
-
A tracking number is generated automatically and sent once your order is dispatched
Tracking information may appear limited until the parcel reaches your local DX depot. This usually happens one working day before delivery, when the parcel is scanned locally.
If you cannot locate your tracking email, check your spam folder first, then contact us if needed.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Options
If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery day:

DX will attempt delivery again on the next available working day
Alternatively, you can arrange:

Delivery on a specific date
-
Delivery to a neighbour
-
Delivery to a safe place nominated by you
These options are available once you get a text with the planned delivery slot from the DX Courier.
Express Delivery
Selected products (Clearance items, Anti-Moss tapes, Tools) are available with Express Delivery.

Processing and delivery: 1–2 working days

Express-eligible products are clearly marked in the product description

If express delivery applies, it is applied automatically at no extra cost
Express products can be found in our Sale section. Always review the product description before placing your order.
Packaging & Delivery Costs

Covings and mouldings are packed in double-wall protective boxes
-
Maximum box length is 2 metres

Different moulding types and lengths may be packed together where safe to do so

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout

No hidden or additional charges after purchase

All delivery prices include 20% VAT
Returns
For returns, we recommend DX Courier.

Collections can be booked directly via our Customer Support team

Label-in-hand options are available, where the driver brings the label
- The return cost is £24.50 if arranged via our DX account

Important Delivery Conditions
To ensure smooth delivery, please note:

All deliveries must be signed for

Parcels will not be left in garages, sheds, porches, or outdoor areas

Inspect all boxes immediately upon delivery

If packaging is damaged, sign as “damaged” and notify us straight away
-
If packaging appears intact, sign as received and inspect the contents as soon as possible
-

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
-
After this period, we cannot raise a claim with the courier
-

If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be returned to the depot and a card will be left
