Shipping Information
Standard Delivery
- Processing and Delivery Time: 4-6 working days.
- Premium & Exterior Mouldings: Coated products and premium models require 8-12 working days.
- Shipping cost: flat £9 per order. Orders exceeding £250 get free shipping - a shipping discount is automatically applied.
Large or Custom Orders
Lead times for larger or custom orders may vary based on size and specifics. We’ll inform you if delivery times differ from the standard.
Delivery Partner: DX Courier
We use DX Secure for most deliveries, ensuring competitive prices with professional service.
- Delivery Notification: DX will send a text message to the phone number you provide to confirm delivery one day in advance.
- Order Updates: We’ll notify you via text and email as your order progresses.
- Tracking Your Order: Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in our email, or through the DX website. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the tracking information.
Note: Tracking updates appear only when your package reaches the local depot, typically a day before delivery.
Missed Delivery
If you’re unavailable on the delivery day, DX will attempt a second delivery on the next working day. You can also request redelivery on a specific date or have the parcel left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Express Delivery
Certain products come with express delivery (1-2 working days). Items eligible for express delivery can be found in the Sale section. If applicable, express delivery will be applied automatically at no extra cost. Please check the product description before ordering.
Safe Packaging
We use double-wall boxes for secure packaging. No hidden fees will be applied after checkout.
Delivery prices include 20% VAT.
